OUT Signal Flashes at June 30, 2001. This is the fastest IN (April 30, 2001) to OUT since I began tracking the averages in 1971. It happened 1 time before in 2 months but this was an OUT (March 1992) to an IN (May 1992).

Investors should switch to one of the Defensive Sector stocks listed below:

PPH = Drug Stocks
RTH = Retail Stocks
RKH = Regional Banks

My preference is for the PPH and that is what I use in the model.
