Question: Can the Duck Test be manipulated?

If so, can itself be used to test for such manipulation?

Here on this thread we all know, if but from memory
when we joined, that if one earns a tax'able income
from any source, that this person can not solicit on
this thread such entity.

We also all know that the world is not perfect,
and can not sometimes fit such Rules & Regulations
without causing a degradation in Goods & Services.

Specific to here, this Silicon Investor, and particular
to this gold price monitor thread, such laws tend to be
self regulating in the sense that the Administration
of this web site cannot monitor each and every post
looking for violations, and will accept the fact that each
thread has a safety feature build-in, that being that there
will always exist memebers on each thread that will do
that Call 911 to notify the Administartion of Silicon Investor
that violations in their opinion have or may be occuring.

Its a balancing act for both Silicon Investor and its members,
as sometimes the quanity and quality of posts include what
could be identified as clear cut violations have an element
of severity small and/or innocent comparied to the helpfulness
of what it delivers as in "what members wish to obtain" from others.

Myself using the Duck Test on Claude's mention that he has
written a piece included inside his pay-to-view newsletter
where he predicts the price of gold to test $250 before any
possible climb over $275-$290 lead me to sent to him using
that e-mail address he supplied that was targeted towards
his news letter to receive a free one time copy of his news letter
was to me someone wishing to place information he has onto
this thread for discussion without directly lessening the value
of his newsletter to paying subscribers.

Fine, I did ask for the free copy and after receiving it i will
express my opinions about its content on this thread if i feel
that any items are good for a better learning through discussions.

Now i realize that Claude has to monitor his own posts,
in that while at the same time being a public member
on this Silicon Investor he wishes to give and receive
through public posts information the same as most
others do here. But Claude is head and shoulders above
most all others here except for a few that also create that
thing called a pay to view newsletter or Bob with his free
web site to view for facts & information of a basic format
that also contains advertisments, and lastly those few
posters that do their own indepth study and analysis
to rival those of a professional menu.

Then there is old49error hacking her 4sale book using
the pitch that You, Yes You can today obtain gold
and Tomorrow sell it for ten times what it cost you.

As if she is doing a public service announcemint
to help the poor and needy and greedy.

So now Ron, i ask you to use the Duck Test and without
doing anything that has not already been done safety
here on this thread, could you please respond using that
method of Claude's to supply an e-mail address so that
anyone may obtain information of an on topic gold price
monitor usage with the attached Friends of Gold and Gata
connection so that they can get both. Thanks. dougak
