Nice SCSI provenance Gus. I remember the first scuzzy drives with NCR chips from my Novell days, and still have my 400+ page NCR SCSI design reference manual. At the time, NCR held most of the SCSI patents too.

NCR, Adaptec, Novell. How the mighty have fallen. iSCSI may turn out to be ADPT's salvation, but I'm afraid NOVL and NCR are lost causes.
