he praised the fact that there were no minimum wages. Workers had to work 60 hours a week or so and even pregnant women had to have abortions if it interfered with their work.

That reminds me of my former Congressional representative. Don Bartlett. He also believed that there should be no minimum wage; if someone was willing to work for a $1/hr that was great. Free market.

He also believed that there should be no child labor laws; it was interfering with the parent-child relationship. If a parent wanted to put their child to work, what right did the government have to interfere.

I forgot to mention Bartlett is a Republican.
