I remember the article. That's what conservatives refer to as upholding the Constitution, i.e., threatening members of the Supreme Court.

Remember Jesse Helms publicly saying that President Clinton should bring additional body guards if he comes down by Helms. Or Trent Lott, saying Hillary Clinton isn't a Senator yet; she might get struck by lighting. The Brits don't usually report US political rhetoric, but that got the news here, "Trent Lott's death wish"

Conservatives threaten Supreme Courts Justices, the President of the United States, and a duly elected Senator.
