you're just as capable of doing a search on the internet as i am. try the usgs.gov website. from what i've read approx 31% of the above ground gold in the world is held by central banks--around 34,000 tons. the deficit between production and demand each year is only around 600 tons. even though a significant portion is loaned out, there is still plenty to supply the market should central banks decide they want to unload.
