Concerning your post #4055 (just for reference...too many postst to
keep track of), there used to be an active thread about the technical
info about the IOMG products called:

IOMG: let's talk about technology. NO HYPE PLEASE

You should be able to access it by clicking on RETURN TO IOMG...
at the bottom of the screen and then click on Archives

Jan 01-Jun 27

Also, with in regard to your comment:

>>Well, I got the feeling that their Tech/Sales people are busy because
of demand for the drives <at least that's what the msg. sez>
No respond ... <so far><<

It is fairly well understood that Iomega customer service is slow and/or
not very good. Their e-mail support at support@iomega.com may provide
you some assistance. To use (unless they have changed it), send a message
with the SUBJECT ONLY-Jaz. ANY text in the body of the message is IGNORED.
You will get a reply back which gives a list of the help topics you can get
via the automated response system.

Perhaps since the IOmega customer/tech support is so slow and poor we
could rely on each other for tech support. I tried something similar in the
thread Concerns and Suggestions... (also in archives) but that thread never
took. Would any one with considerable expertise and experience with
the Iomega products like to start a technical support thread? I have
several problems, which although not critical, are quite annoying. Will
post later as I am in a hurry.
