Coug, man, you have just opened up a pandora's box by asking me for recommendations: this stuff will bypass your brain and go directly to your synapses and neurons, no passing go, forget the 2 hundred( all without bombs, special effects, stallone ): by Herzog: Nofestradu, or Fitzcarraldo another German film from last year: Run Lola, Run The Dualists ( with Harvey Keitel and K. Carradine ) bone crushing story about 2 dudes working thru a personal grudge during the Napoleanic Wars... Came out in the 70's or 80's: The Gambler ( james caan ); another James Caan---little known but extraordinary: Thief. With Tuesday Weld and James Belushi ( he acts here ).
