I see you finally found the culprit. Fuzzy asparagus and garlic cloves...Peeeuke

While coming up through the Texas panhandle south of Amarillo on I-27 at night, I've encountered one of the worst assaults on my sense of smell, ever.

Up ahead in the distance, one could see a hazy glow around oncoming headlights, but to look in another direction the lights were crisp and sharp. As I approached the haze I began to be overcome with stench from an overipe pig farm. As I continued along, the air got hazier (almost like fog) and the odor nearly made me hurl. Then, voila!, out of the haze and into the clear air and the horrible stench was gone.

Bacon anyone???
