>> But your spelling is always correct <<

my momma is an english teacher. she stayed at home and read to me as a child like a good mother should.

>> Manners mostly impeccable <<

why thanks, i try. sometimes i get out of line, but that seems to be acceptable on this thread. if it wasn't i would adjust my conduct.

>> Math is usually close <<

say what? i thought my math was perfect! please point out any mistakes so i can learn from them. btw, i have two pet peeves when it comes to math and spelling. one is that most people can't express percentages properly. if they triple their money on a stock they say they've made 300%. technically that is a quadrupling, not a triple. a triple is expressed as 200%. a ten bagger is 900% not 1000%. pay attention folks. the other thing that mystifies me is why people can't spell lose and loose properly. you lose your car keys. you don't loose money in the stock market. loose is the opposite of tight, or loose is what kind of women hj hangs around ;-). i also can't understand why so many people spell quiet--quite. spelling quiet as quite is quite incorrect. now do you see why i am socially inept? i march to the beat of a different drummer and am very technically oriented about some things. i have to have constant brain stimulation. for example, in the fall when we have to set our clocks back for daylight savings, i am really bothered by something. i don't understand how the tv guides can resolve their programming to account for this. if the change over happens at 2 am in the morning and then you set your clock back to 1 am again, you are essentially experiencing 1 am for two hours in a row. well the tv runs all night, it doesn't shut off for an hour. yet the tv guides don't show 1 am twice, so i am perplexed when it comes to figuring out what's going to be on for those 2 hours! it's especially rough if they have a long movie going on during that span of time. do they list the movie twice? if it's a 2 hr movie that starts at 1 am, it would normally end at 3 am but after you set your clock back it will only be 2 am. so in the guide they would have to list it as only an hour movie which is technically incorrect. i suppose they could just list 1 am twice but that would confuse people as well. i wish they would just cancel all tv for 1 hour so we could get back on the right schedule. that would put my mind at ease.

>> How do you make a living, anyway? <<

i try to eek out an existence from trading when i'm not working fast food.
