This week we saw major news on our relationship with OPTV. OPTV announced a deal with Pace Micro Technology which is Europe's leading digital set top box provider. Pace has deals in every corner of the globe and has contracts to supply both Time Warner and Comcast in the US with digital cable boxes (interesting as we keep hearing that two MSO's will sign on to SpotOn). OPTV will port both its own technology and that of ACTV into this venture.

OPTV CEO James Ackerman said this week that he expects SpotOn to roll out and "quickly create greater value for OPTV customers" This may explain the lack of sellers and shorts in ACTV this week. We already have 16M subscribers on OPTV systems and this number will swell very dramatically over the next several years, Major revenues are much closer now. Good luck to all longs
