I agree, althought FMO should pay some sort of settlement, they should NOT be allowed to go out of business to suffice the whims of mainly money hungry attorneys and those that are scamming their way into the Asbestos money train. There are too many people employed by FMO (about 50,000). Its too damn big to fail, just like Chrysler!! Hopefully the courts or the Federal government as a whole will change the landscape in these cases soon. Good Luck, I'm hanging on for the sun to shine again on Federal Mogul!!!
