short term OSC actually began to turn positive the last hour of the day for interday trading. It troughed and quickly moved toward price parity which is not a bad sign. The three day OSC had a deep trough and only a slight return which is negative for this longer viewed period (i.e, trading close to the peak price prior to computerized sell programs kicking in). Osciallation still remains under the current price which is relatively neutral to negative on the sell side.
