Nice find Glenn. I own both MTNT and RRRR(mostly MTNT) and do not understand why MTNT would trade their XMSR shares for what little cash RRRR will have left at the time of merger. MTNT would have been better off selling XMSR shares as needed and staying clear of Apollo and RRRR. I think the SEC will have a lot to say about this "merger" and I hope MTNT shareholders reject if outright.
