Carmel Research is one of the principles mentioned in the recent lawsuit which has been pending final settlement. Found this 6 month old blurb re the law suit as a reminder: "What's New in Biotechnology? December 6, 1996 Financial News (REPEAT- 6 MONTHS OLD) ImmuDyne Inc. has reached a settlement in principle for two lawsuits, which will include a net decrease of 1.7 million ImmuDyne shares outstanding, a $500,000 payment by the company to a plaintiff in one of the suits, and a decrease in royalty payments to Carmel Research Inc., a co-defendant, for licensing of patents and related technology will decrease to 10% from 12%." Are these people the reason the final settlement of the law suit has been so hard to come by? The timing of this E-mail to Irene may indicate desperation on the part of someone anxious to keep the stock price from rising. Irene, thanks for sharing, even though I worry about the effect on stock price. Sam
