If you want to help identify when the market last peeked in your state the following link is just the key...

Click on the "A" (for annual) in the single family home column for the state of your choice.

Note: Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma peaked in 1983 (energy sensitive states led the downturn), many states followed suit by 1986 or 1987.

Using the 18 year real estate cycle identified by the Foundation for the Study of Cycles (give or take a year or so) Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma should be topping out this year. You do the math for your state...
