10 K TRADES

Buy 10 DYN July 40 calls
Sell 2500 ADBL

Holding 1000 NCI and $2636 cash before above trades.

---------------------------------------------------------

My .02c on Energy sector discussion....sector is still healthy. The increased demand hasn't been satisfied yet, moreover if the economic growth rate picks up the demand for energy will grow proportionatly. Article in support of energy sector appeared in today's WSJ Online:
public.wsj.com

XLE looks like it has found at least a short term bottom. Many charts in the sector have similar springiness including SU and DYN. Take a look at this bounce off the bottom Bollinger:
66.59.141.65

DYN is due to report on the 16th and they have pre-announced that they expect to beat earnings. I'm buying the 40 calls as a cheaper way to play the stock. The option is in the money and there's no premium. Only negative that I could find is that California may demand a refund to energy customers. Decision is expected July 9th.

I am starting a position, putting a little money into IWN - ISHARES R2K VALUE:

66.59.141.65

ANF got bumped from the R2K into the R1K. I would like more of a reason to short this stock besides the R dump and their trashy advertisement campaign.

IFLO looks tempting at closing price. The drop is due to the NAZ' technicals problems.
