the last company I invested in that had people calling for investors to call in their shares was ONT when I started watching it originally on an analyst recommendation it was still trading above $10 well I figured that since it was such a bargain at $10 that when it hit $3 a month or so later , I better load the boat, which I did.. I got lucky and sold it at $4.. LOL.. should have just shorted the pig. eventually they announced a floorless convertible and went all the way to .25 LOL they bounced from there to 2.50 which is a tidy 1000% gain off the bottom,....but coincidentally would have still been a loss had I just held. I believe they are now trading under a buck.

I believe they have superior streaming video technology and may eventually be bought out for small change by a major player. It seems to me that this is the biggest danger of holding one of these very good companies that is just far ahead of the technology curve or in the right place at the wrong time: eventually they can get bought out at the bottom and then all hopes of riding it back up in the future are dashed.

I had this happen with Bayard drilling which I bought around $10 ..I think they were eventually sold to NBR for like a buck or something rediculous.. I still hold the NBR shares that I received in the buyout, and I think it's close to my original investment in value now after nearly five years ..LOL
