That's precisely the point, Malcolm. The Company is
requiring a PHYSICAL SURRENDER of share certificates
for the existing stock for holders to obtain the new
Class A stock. So, as brokers tender stock held in
street name, the "borrow" for the existing shares
disappear. Ergo, shorts have to cover.
