...currently Number one of the Hot List (the real Hot List, not the one SI puts up there for whatever reason)...

OK, Graystone:

You defend Terra Nova

OR

Please be candid about your business involvement in day trading, both past and present.

I am beginning to understand another aspect to what is going on here. TLC has on his thread defended Terra Nova several times also. Well, I imagine you don't want to kill the golden goose, now do you, if perhaps you are wishing to enter this business on the moderating/message board end...

Simply because SI placed this thread that high does not change the fact that we have monitored these Hot Lists sponsored by Terra Nova Trading for quite some time now and they are certainly being manipulated to lend prestige to Terra Nova partners. SI hjave refused to answer to any of these issues in spite of repeated questions about these lists. Now, speaking in general terms (we shall if it was SI itself or SI Members), if a thief takes a week off from criminal activity does that mean he is not a thief?

Incidentally, why has Terra Nova's name been removed from Hot List sponsorship? That is very interesting. Do you think maybe this brokerage firm has something to hide? Is SI hiding something? This is very strange indeed. Less than a week after this thread is established Terra Nova is no longer sponsoring the Hot Lists. What a coincidence. There are so many aren't there?

Mr. Asser's complaint does dovetail with Tim's lawsuit in the fact that Jenna is involved and that is why he used the word "we", the class referred to by Mr. Asser is not one of the class action lawsuits launched against INSP

I have stated this before and I will repeat yet again, I never referred to a class in this manner. Furthermore, this case does not concern only Jenna, a.k.a. Barbara Simon and Pristine/Executioner/Terra Nova - far from it. Does anyone realize how many sites and brokers are involved? I do, and we are talking 95% of all sites and at least the two leading brokerage firms for day traders. This is not a Pristine lawsuit by ANY means. I am not going to list potential defendants here but I will say the following: take a list of the top two brokerage firms and add the top two dozen trading sites plus a particular message board and you begin to realize the significance of this action. This fraud, contrary to the statements here by Brandon - who himself runs a site, that there are only a few bad apples and really, truly, most sites operate only making calls like he does, traders only taking 3-4 plays daily, and brokers recommended only because they are such nice people with wonderful families and so talented, even if they have no license - is absolutely rampant and the standard in day trading. Sign up with any broker, join any site and the chances are probable that you are being lied to and defrauded.

O.A.
