There has been recent news, posted in this thread, about the many potential uses for PAI-2, and about the link between periodontal disease and atherosclerosis. With CIST selling for cash, this is a free opportunity to take a stake in two lines of inquiry that may lead to paydirt. It is encouraging to me that the stock rallied on this news. It suggests that there are some investors who understand the potential of legitimate therapeutic and diagnostic products, selling for a song.
