Ollie,

It is hard for me to believe you are this much of an idiot.

I want you to answer one question and one question only:

Did the big secret law firm direct and authorize you to solicit plaintiffs by asking for their full legal name, address, and phone number with the knowledge that you could assert no privilege to protect their anonymity or their personal confidential information in this case or any other case?

I don't know why the hell anyone should give you ANY information after seeing your display on this site.

Ms. Leeza has contacted the managing partner about your behavior. She is a potential plaintiff but I would assert that she probably has no desire to be a lead plaintiff (uhhh, does the term lead plaintiff indicate a class action?)

I think the managing partner can quickly ascertain her agenda just as soon as he calls her back if he calls her back. She has no problem speaking her mind.

In my opinion, I don't think the partners of the law firm have voted to take this case. Ollie certainly refuses to answer the question. The way Ollie is behaving they may not take it. I have no idea if this is suppose to be a class action suit or individual suits. The header of this thread would seem to indicate it is a class action suit. If it isn't a class action suit, and the ONLY interest that Ollie has is his own personal suit...why does he need your information??? Your case will be unrelated to his. I can't figure out why he is soliciting plaintiffs for the full legal name, address, phone number, and financial information. Why not just let the people contact the firm since that information will be then protected by privilege.

In my opinion, I agree with Bob when he says Ollie's credibility is in the shitter. The more he posts the worse he looks. I wonder if he is the only one that doesn't recognize this. I bet the law firm will recognize it if they bother to read the nearly 500 posts on this thread ...unless they were stupid enough to direct and authorize him to make these posts.

Btw, congratulations Graystone on being added to the "would-be Propaganda Ministry employee" list.

One other point. Ollie keeps harping on multiple aliases. He has admitted to using multiple aliases. Tim Luke has used multiple aliases repeatedly on Investorshub.

As far as Viperchick is concerned, I think there is a bombshell in a land mine field just waiting to explode in the face of SI/ INSP in any lawsuit in which they are a defendant.

The plaintiffs just need to know the right questions to ask and to whom they need to ask them.

And to SI Jeff:

Don't you think it is time to either lift the suspension of Ms. Leeza or terminate her account as threatened and refund her money. It isn't appropriate to have her money on your books while your lawyers huddle over the recent exchange of emails.
