It is funny. I requested traders contact me if they wished to be plaintiffs long ago, before some here knew the name of this law firm or that I would be meeting with them. Now that this is known, I am attacked for requesting this information when no one had any problems with this earlier. Now why would that be? Is it that someone wishes to discourage plaintiffs from coming forward, or that they wish to destroy my standing in this case, because now finally they realize that this lawsuit is impending and not a "bluff" as they have constantly maintained up until now? Keep in mind that the site I established banned broker deals and moderator trading. The record was excellent and is provable. Therefore, brokers and sites must try all they can to discredit me. The only problem with that is I have been honest and not abused anyone. That will make this objective quite difficult to realize. Brokers and sites gambled that all traders were dirty so they would never dare oppose them (as you would blackmail them, and this has been attempted towards me); you made a grave miscalculation. Of course crooks are inclined to be sure that everyone else is likewise mental and a liar, as their view on the world is inevitably warped.

If you refuse to publicly answer these questions critical to discerning your motives in speaking out here as you have, then I believe Silicon Investor that members may quite easily draw their own conclusions.

If you lie answering them here then that will be used in evidence. Take your pick.

As for your question, am I acting as representative of this law firm, I believe I already answered this question:

O.A.
