It is funny. I requested traders contact me if they wished to be plaintiffs long ago, before some here knew the name of this law firm or that I would be meeting with them. Now that this is known, I am attacked for requesting this information when no one had any problems with this earlier.

How do you know no one had a problem with your actions. I believe some concerns starting cropping up a few weeks ago about many things - not just related to you.

I would like to see the post from long ago where you solicited the FULL LEGAL name, address, phone number, brokerage firms etc.

There is a difference between asking people if they are interested and requesting people to provide full LEGAL names etc. Why do you need their full legal name?

I don't think you did. You said you could assert that Lisa would never be a plaintiff. I bet she would like to know if you are speaking on the behalf of the law firm.
