Your questions concern privileged information. Therefore, I am not at liberty to answer them. However, my questions to you are quite different. Your refusal to answer them thus far is a deafening silence.

ROFLMAOSHIH

I see. So when the firm finally admits to taking the case will they be violating that privilege? Is the answer as to whether any of your buddies have posted under simultaneous premium accounts also privileged? Do you maintain that providing a link to a post that you claim I made is part of the attorney-client privilege?

Ollie, my boy. Your posts are speaking for themselves.

I suppose because I haven't answered your question it must surely mean I work for a chat site. I suppose because others criticize you they must surely work for a chat site.

You are looking like an ass.

Unfortunately, so am I by getting roped into your nonsense. I think I did answer the question about the chat site and brokerage but there have been so many posts I don't want to state it with a certainty.

I see we are at a stalemate.

Answer my questions and I will answer yours.

In the alternative, just have the Managing Partner call Ms. Leeza and many of your questions will be answered this week TO THE FIRM. I will get in on the act and then espouse...but the answers to your questions are part of the attorney-client privilege. If you want me to answer them before they are part of the attorney-client privilege then you had better pony up the answers to my questions.

You see, the claims you are making are baseless and false. It won't take the M.P. long to figure that out once he begins his conversation with Ms. Leeza.

However, if you are representing the firm when you assert that she will not be a plaintiff I suppose she will have to contact another firm this week.
