It's really a function of population density as to what and how many rights are forfeited.
Funny. I haven't noticed that increasing limitations have been placed on freedom of speech...
or the press....
or religion.....
as the population of the United States has increased. Have you?

And I have not found anything in the Constitution that says that freedom must be diminished as population increases. The men who wrote that document were an experienced, intelligent group. Now they knew the population of the country would increase as time went on. If they really thought that, you'd think they'd put it into the Constitution. Care to post the article where that is stated?

It's as if there was only so much freedom to go around and it has to be divided up in advance (and for those of you too stupid to see a metaphore when you read it, go soak your head).
Let's see. The original poplation of the US was 3 million. Now it's about 260 million. So each of us should have only 1/80 as much freedom of speech, press, religion, etc., as the original inhabitants.

Does this REALLY make sense to you?

If it does, I think you're the one who should lose his freedom. You should be locked up to keep the rest of us safe.

Yours is possibly the stupidest "argument" I have ever seen.
