I believe readers should wonder why you and others are quite clearly discouraging them from coming forward. That is curious.

I am interested as to your motivation here. Are you a potential plaintiff? If not is it simply because you wish to dispense free legal advice for the benefit of SI members? Or do you have another motive? Please feel free to answer at your leisure.
