Did I hear you right? You asked if I remembered the MRVC
convertible......?

Premier Kruschev asked: "Does the shrimp whistle?"

Yes, and in principle the ASYT convertible should offer the
same delights for the PURCHASER. Of course you don't have
to buy the bond. You can just buy in the market now or somewhere in the vicinity and ride the shares up to the point where the shorting starts in earnest. Then, when it seems it couldn't go any further you sell your shares, and also short a slug at the same time. Then you ride it down till it seriously looks like it has come to an end and you
cover. Of course it is simpler to describe than to do.

In the case of ASYT, it should work the same devastating way as it has in the case of MRVC. The float for ASYT shows 30.2 million as opposed to 58.7 million for MRVC.

Of course if you buy the convertible, you get interest.

Congratulations on the calls!

No, that car was not me!

Namaste!
