Why is it good to sue HMO's if they kill grandma, but not good to sue the government if they kill grandma?

Did you also know the military member cannot sue a military hospital?

We sue far too much in our society as it is. Increasing legal litigation will prevent more people from accessing decent health insurance. Anyone with half-a-brain can predict the systemic effect of the Senate Bill.

More employees, fearful of legal costs, will simply opt out of providing health insurance. Then, more and more people will clammer for government answers. Then we get HillaryCare through the back-door, and no one can sue the government. A monopoly is created, costs spiral out of control upward, quality deteriates, and our health system which is the best in the world slowly decays into the British system.

Great idea anti-american spirit...

Keep feeding those money hungry lawyers.
