You may have something here Alex. I have tried the Sympatico on the 500 and can't connect. Do you suggest re-installing AM? More and more I am beginning to wonder about the network card on the 500, although it shows that it is working correctly. I get the same message when I am hooked up to the hub, the router or directly to the modem.
"No response from the server." "E0040P: Timeout while trying to connect to the network"
