All, What would be a good stock to short if one has to pick only one stock? Someone pointed that LOW could be a good one to short. Also previous history points to a real estate house price top about 2 years from the stock market top. When do the real-estate stock prices top vis-a-vis real estate house price top? They must lead the house price top in some way.
