I'm no legal expert. But my guess from several articles I've read is that the tying isssue is Microsofts last big hurdle. And XP is certainly right in the middle of that controversy. It seems from what I've read that that issue was left open for review by the lower court. If so, there will be companies that will claim that XP will cause irreparable harm. AOL for instant messaging, Real Networks for video streaming, others.

Take my opinion FWIW, I haven't really followed this.
