Chris, What could the real consequences of losing the lawsuit be? My thinking is that when the time comes, most AVNT products won't contain any of the stolen code anymore. Barring the sale of the products where it was detected will be equivalent to forcing Ford Motor Co. to stop selling Model T's. A cash fine affects tha balance sheet, but not future earnings, unless you customers jump ship. If they haven't yet, why will they in the future? Just being devil's advocate. Any thoughts? Robert
