Hi X:

I too expect a drop. Originally thinking of getting back
in around $15 but have a new target of $13. It all depends
on rates and the dividend. I was expecting rates to
support an appx. 80 cent dividend but now think the div.
could go towards mid 60's. the base rate equates to a 33
cent / qtr dividend and the other piece (on the variable
daily average tanker rate) is one quarter in arrears we
have the one quarter lag. Here is the pnf chart.
