No need to retaliate, now. In the greater glory of things this whole case is about the rule of law, as it applies to business.
A business (or a society) can't function if the rules are bent.
The Adreeda concepts, so heavily relied on by the DOJ, the States, and Microsoft competitors is a metaphor for that concept.
The faulty concept is this: "we don't care what the law is, if we want to get you, we are going to get you."
(this is about 400,000 pages of legal opinions and discussion distilled into a single sentence, just for you)
THIS IS WRONG. And part of the technique is the distortion of the meaning of words such as "business as usual".
