Daryll might even praise Yardeni now...I will give him credit for being one of the first economists to predict the boom in financial assets as a result of baby boomers beginning (at the time of his "prediction") to worry about retirement. And I agree that a bad call regarding Y2K doesn't make him a bad economist. I guess it does, however, again prove that NO guru gets it right always. What pisses me off is when they come on TV with this "I am absolutely positively right" attitude. Daryll40
