I'd take TOL, just 'cause I think their overextended, they left a big fat gap prior to the current bearish wedge. It'll get filled sooner or later.

LOW is also played as a retailer, so I think you're exposure to the housing sector gets diluted (not to say it's still not an attractive short, but just not as tightly correlated to the housing sector as some of the builders).
