16 warnings after the close - Time to rally ! Exactly!<g> 3 quarters of warnings has probably taken as to the trough in earnings. That is usually the best time to buy. There are some comments from tech companies that business has stabilized in North America. In addition, also got some study today that signal spending on tech is expected to increase. Warnings will probably be ignored if the forward looking indicators keep improving for the tech companies...and the general economic recoveryy stays on target.
