I don't doubt that the "chips" are stacked against the small investor, but a conspiracy of this kind must involve quite a large number of participants. I just cannot believe these people are so stupid as to engage in such a conspiracy. It is enough that one of the participants get rubbed the wrong way by one of his fellow coconspirators' to blow the whistle on the whole scheme. I think "they" will find other ways to get "us". (g).
