Jim, I'm still holding RA. I will trade it from 22 to 23, and back up the truck if it gets to 21 at the same time the other REITs are hitting highs. They deserve to be punished for thinking they can invent a new industry so easily, but $2.00-$3.00 a share is the most punishment they deserve. I'm 70% cash now. A few of the leaders are hitting highs, but EQR and EOP, BXP, etc. will have to get on board before I'm willing to take some of my cash off the sidelines. Richard
