the first part is debatable if things get out of control the second part is a matter of opportunity last.. not first. but i will grant you... vested interests swimming against the numbers create dangerous times... which in turn create unpredictable events... if two hundred were that easy... there'd be no debate at all. in fact. it's just not that easy. which does not at all take away from the reasoning for a position.
