Brian,

I suggest you listen to their conference call from last week. They are selling their buildings and leasing back (to generate cash to be able to fund "production" when the upturn comes according to ceo). They have survived because they had enough cash from a timely secondary about 3 years ago to finance their incompetence. But check their cash burn rate for the past several quarters. They have enough to last maybe 2 quarters. They are dead meat IMHO. AMAT may buy their CMP patents at an appropriate time.
