Drew: You are correct about the approval process taking longer than the construction. I've now negotiated deals with Sprint, Primeco (Verizon) and Voicestream for towers on our site located between Madison and Milwaukee. In all cases the permitting time exceeded the constructing time. A fourth tower site is being negotiated with another carrier. All towers have the capability of co-location which is certainly the current chant of the local planners. At least in our area there is ample room for Nextwave on an existing tower. Ron
