Back in 1999 Wind had positive & growing earnings without recourse to
"pro-forma" accounting. Then it acquired INTS which took it into the red and
muddied the story. Back then off course internet embedded Nirvana was just a few
quarters away and that's how WIND/INTS combo was re-priced. Now we are
in the bubble hangover period still, along the way "blue chip" companies lost a great
part of their market cap but WIND never really got the crap beat out of it yet ...
This decline is pretty gentle in comparison.
At $13 it would be more interesting but it needs compelling fundamentals
to maintain even that. The last time it was in that range it had a PE you could hang
your hat on.

PS on edit:
Wow those numbers don't look good. #shares up from 40 to 77M, only 23M due
to the ints acquisition. Obviously they didn't turn around the cash leakage from
the INTS unit, perhaps the original wind was set to explode aso?
