Hi Joel, Japan is out for the count now, maybe for good, at least for a while longer. If they ever come back, by chance, they may be just in time to be pushed out again. They are limited in what they can do from here on, from where they sit, constrained by geology, geography, geopolitics, demographics, and more importantly, historic and social relevancy. Their last significant act may be to bail out the baby boomers in the US, if the baby boomers take their outreached hands, then cut them off. I think.
