Tk the reason they filed chapter 7 is there could be a chance of Jpc recouping some of his money.We dont know if they actually did work on the Mtl but I wouldnt be surprised if somehow a deal is worked to sell its contents to someone.If so It wouldnt surprise me if that person or company was somehow affiliated with pnlk.This way they start over with very little debt.
