The Patient's Bill of Rights is good for all Americans. Of course, Bush threatened to veto
the bill. He's only interested in the passage of laws that pay back his wealthy contributors and friends.
And, he's sure to back any law that will make the Bushes richer or more powerful such as the
abolishment of the Estate or Death Tax.
