HK PRESS:PCCW To Announce Plans To Revamp B2C Ops Wed July 2, 2001 Dow Jones Newswires HONG KONG -- Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd. (PCW) is to announce plans to revamp its business-to-commerce division Wednesday, Apple Daily reports quoting an unnamed source. The paper said PCCW may trim staff at its business-to-commerce department and shift control of its broadband services to PCCW-HKT from Netvigator, the current broadband services provider of PCCW. PCCW may consolidate Network of the World (NOW) and iTV services. The company is also expected to scale back its investments in Netvigator, the paper reports.
