PCCW (0008) to unveil internet svc strategy

(Infocast News) PCCW (0008) formally invited media to see the live broadcast of the briefing to analysts of its Internet services strategy at 5 PM tomorrow. The focus of tomorrow's announcement will most likely be on the restructure of its B2C services. The issue of whether the staff cut will be the focus also.

The invitation mention that PCCW views Internet services as supporting its core business strategy to maintain margins and grow EBITDA, while maintaining a financially disciplined and prudent approach to creating shareholder value.
