I E-mailed Irene about the Carmel Research E-mail she received, and she has reason to believe that it's true. I remembered a previous post, and found it. Can someone shed some light on the reasons that Carmel would want to sink IMMD. To: Jim Shoults (410 ) From: Irene Lynn Dec 6 1996 9:47PM EST Reply #413 of 1069 Jim...all I know is Carmel owns about 7.8 million shares or 42% of the company so a settlement is in their best interest....I'm not sure yet what to think of it except maybe this was a resolution where it wouldn't affect immd's bottom line? I don't know but immd seems to have come out ok with it all. Irene This was a response about the "other lawsuit". Why this lawsuit at this time?????
